How do I add a user?
The new user should download the Reservoir app and either enter the name of your Reservoir or scan the QR code on the device’s touchscreen panel. The original user will need to approve the new user. For full instructions, see page 5 of the Quick Start Guide.
My unit is having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi. What can I do?
Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Reservoir to Wi-Fi, as well as rebooting your router. If issues persist, you may be experiencing an issue of signal strength, and consider adding a Wi-Fi range extender.
I am receiving alerts on my app. How do I adjust them?
Alerts are meant to warn you of potential issues with your Reservoir or your home’s hot water system. If you are getting an alert, we recommend you review the “Understanding Reservoir Alerts” article. You can also turn off alerts through the app.
